The internet has done an interesting thing for music, specifically new musicians and their quest to get discovered. While it has made the ability to distribute their significantly easier, it has essentially given artists the ability to saturate the market. Think of how many diamonds there must be in all that rough. Regardless, while all these sights may be overwhelming us with content, the good outweighs the bad.
In comes Krue.Tv, a new site with what can only be described as a mixing of Soundcloud and Periscope. It is a video streaming service specifically for musicians. Krue.tv is a new addition to the folk movement, offering a groundswell of grassroots folk content for anyone to see and discover.
Watch as much as you can while you can, not only is some of the music really phenomenal but every view helps the musicians. I’m extremely excited about this new prospect and wish all the success in the world for the guys behind Krue.
