Red Bull Youth America’s Cup Sept 3, 2013 San Francisco New Zealand Sailing Team
As the month of September is starting to roll by and October is right around the corner, global enthusiasts of extreme and all of us at HashtagBoardCo., are excited to see what kind of gnarly and most exquisite events the month of October will bring us.
This weekend, starting Friday, there are events galore to choose from. Going down the list we have Red Bull Foiling Generation: Russia on September 25th, where it boasts four boats in distinct colors to compete in knockout race for a place in the next round in the historic city St. Petersburg.
A couple days after that, and our global sailing fans will rejoice when we say this, is the Extreme Sailing Series 2015 in Istanbul, Turkey. This series provides a chance for all world-renowned sailing teams across the globe to compete down the Bosphorus, which features a backdrop of the beautiful combination of imperial mosques and minarets, blended in with colorful domes dominating the skyline.
